| As you know now there are a long period of fillers between Burrichi episodes!  (from episode 168) and we won't be able to watch the main story! so I decided to read the manga to follow the story! I read what happened after Ichigo VS Grimmjow battle and on! EHM SPOILERS!
Nel was Espada 3!
An Espada wanted to kill Rukia but suddenly Byakuya apeared!
And more importantly:
